SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Western Shoes (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is a luxury leather footwear manufacturer based in Ambur, India—renowned for heritage craftsmanship and precision. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms set forth below.
1. ORDER CONFIRMATION & PROCESSING
1.1 All orders are subject to acceptance, availability, and successful payment or COD verification.
1.2 Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation.
1.3 As each pair is handcrafted, certain designs or sizes may require additional processing time.
1.4 Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (INDIA)
2.1 Orders within India are usually delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
2.2 Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, courier partner, or external conditions.
2.3 Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout and are non-refundable once dispatched.
3. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) – INDIA ONLY
3.1 Cash on Delivery is available exclusively within India, subject to serviceability.
3.2 COD orders are accepted up to a maximum value of ₹15,000. Orders above this value must be prepaid.
3.3 Any applicable COD convenience fee will be shown at checkout.
3.4 COD orders may require telephonic or WhatsApp confirmation prior to dispatch.
3.5 Western Shoes reserves the absolute right to refuse, cancel, or restrict COD orders without prior notice, including but not limited to:

Remote or non-serviceable locations

Repeated failed, refused, or suspicious deliveries
3.6 In the event of COD refusal or non-acceptance at delivery, Western Shoes reserves the right to permanently disable COD privileges for the customer.
4. PARTIAL ADVANCE PAYMENT (COD)
4.1 For select COD orders, a partial advance payment may be required to confirm the order.
4.2 The advance amount will be adjusted against the total payable at delivery.
4.3 Failure to complete the advance payment may result in automatic cancellation of the order.
5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
5.1 International orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days and typically delivered within 10–21 business days, subject to customs clearance.
5.2 International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
5.3 Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are solely the responsibility of the customer.
5.4 Western Shoes is not responsible for delays, seizures, or refusals caused by customs authorities.
🚫 Cash on Delivery is not available for international orders.
6. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
6.1 Once dispatched, customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details via email or SMS.
6.2 Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to reflect in the courier partner’s system.
7. DELIVERY DELAYS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1 Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.
7.2 Western Shoes shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, natural calamities, government restrictions, or customs clearance.
7.3 No refunds, cancellations, or compensation shall be provided for delays beyond the Company’s control.
8. INCORRECT ADDRESS & FAILED DELIVERY
8.1 Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
8.2 Orders returned due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal (including COD refusal) may:

Incur re-shipping charges, or

Not be re-dispatched at the Company’s discretion
9. RIGHT TO AMEND
Western Shoes reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
